The hosts Mr. Suman Kaveriappa and Reshma are kodava by race and are coffee growers and have a 22 acre coffee plantation in and around the stay home which grows pepper, oranges and cardamom apart from coffee. The famous Kakkabe river one of the main subsidiary of river Cauvery flows just opposite to the stay home.

The stay home is 30 K M from Madikeri, located in in Naladi village , 3 Km from Kakkabe, which is also near to the Karnataka and kerala border , where the road comes to a halt, because of abundant greenery and the array of western ghats which makes the stay peaceful and far away from the hustle and bustle of cities.

On the first floor of the bungalow , 3 very well built double rooms beckons the guests overlooking the coffee estate and hills with all modern amenities like satellite T V , 24 hour power back up , wifi connection , etc.
