Java Hills Estate is a picturesque coffee plantation providing home stay in Coorg in the Western Ghats. The estate provides accommodation to overnight visitors who want to explore the beauty of Coorg, the coffee hills of India. The estate stay is a wonderful alternative to cramped quarters of a hotel room in an equally cramped neighborhood in town.
Java Hills Estate is a working coffee plantation and not a resort. Hence, our visitors receive personal attention while staying with us and have the opportunity to explore a real plantation. Many of our repeat visitors come here to simply kick back, relax with a book, watch the colorful birds, engage in nostalgic conversations, enjoy cool evenings with their favorite drink and savor home cooked meals. Our estate is well-known as a couples retreat and a favorite for honeymooners.
The estate has a two-storey bungalow with four well-appointed bedrooms with all moderm comforts expected from a seasoned traveler. All rooms have balconies with panoramic views of the estate. The house has an indoor courtyard with a water fountain and several sitting areas where the guests can stretch out. In addition, the house has a huge wrap-around porch where the guests can take in their meals and beverages. The estate has several walking trails for exploring the flora and fauna of the coffee plantation.
